Privacy.

What we collect, why, and who touches it. In plain language.

Last updated 4 August 2026

NeuClips makes short-form video for creators, brands and agencies. This policy covers neuclips.com and the intake, booking and unsubscribe features on it. Questions, or any request below: [email protected].

If scripts are blocked and the address above does not render: write to hello [at] neuclips.com.

What we don't do

Worth saying first, because it removes most of what a privacy policy usually covers:

  • No cookies. This site sets none.
  • No analytics and no tracking pixels. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording, no heatmaps.
  • No advertising networks, and no cross-site or cross-device tracking.
  • We never sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

What we collect

Information you type in

Only from forms you choose to submit, a clip request, a call booking, or an order:

AlwaysYour name and email address.
If you provide itSocial handle, a link to your content, your message, role (creator / brand / agency), monthly output, what you're looking for, budget range, and any notes.
Booking a callThe slot you pick and your time zone, so the invitation is correct where you are.

Information collected automatically

When you submit a form we record your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page the form was opened from, and the time. That is for security and abuse prevention, spotting automated submissions. We do not build a profile from it. Simply reading the site records nothing.

Why we use it

  • To reply to you and to deliver what you asked for, the clip, the call, the order.
  • To run the service: scheduling, revisions, support, invoicing.
  • To keep the site working and not abused (the technical data above).
  • To honour an unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a suppression list, that is the only way to be sure we never contact you again.

Where the law requires a legal basis (UK/EU), we rely on your consent for messages you asked for, performance of a contract for work you engage us to do, and legitimate interests for keeping the site secure and for business-to-business contact relevant to a company's stated line of work.

Who else touches your data

Only service providers we need to run the service. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.

CloudflareHosts the site and the database it stores submissions in.
ResendDelivers email we send you, confirmations and replies.
StripeProcesses payment if and when you pay us. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Data may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States, and is protected by contractual safeguards with each provider.

YouTube API Services

NeuClips operates its own YouTube channels, and the internal tooling we use to publish to them relies on YouTube API Services. This section is here because YouTube requires it, and because it should be clear what that integration does and does not touch.

It does not touch you. The integration authenticates only against channels NeuClips itself owns and operates. Visiting this site, submitting a form, or engaging us as a client gives us no access to your YouTube account, and we do not request, collect, store or process YouTube user data belonging to visitors or clients. Client work is delivered to you as video files, we do not publish to channels you own.

Against our own channels, the integration reads and stores video metadata (titles, descriptions, publish times), aggregate performance figures (views, watch time, impressions) and channel-level statistics, so we can measure how our own published content performs. That data sits on infrastructure we control. It is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising.

In using YouTube API Services we are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of any data it receives is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Revoking access. Access granted to an application through a Google account can be withdrawn at any time via Google's security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Because only our own accounts are ever connected, this applies to us rather than to you, but the route is stated here, as YouTube requires.

Deletion. Stored YouTube metadata and performance data is deleted once it is no longer needed to operate the channel it came from, and in any case within 30 days of the corresponding authorisation being revoked. Questions or requests about this: [email protected].

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that go nowhere: about 24 months, then deleted.
  • Client records: for the life of the engagement, then as long as tax and accounting rules require.
  • Unsubscribe records: kept indefinitely, on purpose. Deleting one would let us contact you again by mistake.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Under Canadian law (PIPEDA) you may access and correct your personal information and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. In the UK/EU you additionally have rights to portability, restriction and objection, and may complain to your local supervisory authority. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Email

Every message we send identifies us, carries a postal address, and has a working unsubscribe link that we honour. If we contacted you first about your business, it is because your company published that address publicly in connection with the work it does. One click and we stop.

Children

This is a service for businesses. It isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be called out on this page.
