Who we are
NeuClips runs this website. We are responsible for the personal information we hold. Our Privacy Officer is accountable for it, and every question about it goes to hello@neuclips.com.
What we collect
When you write to us through the form, we keep what you type: your name, your email address, your phone number and your company if you give them, who you are, your industry, and your message. With it we keep the page you wrote from, your time zone, the time, your IP address and your browser type, to reply at a sensible hour and to keep out spam and abuse.
When you only read the site, we collect nothing about you. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising tags and no tracking pixels. Like any website, the service that delivers our pages keeps short-lived technical records, such as an IP address and the time of a request, to deliver them and to protect the site from attacks.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. When your message arrives, we send one confirmation email to the address you gave. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to, and we never sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.
Your consent
By sending the form, you agree to this use. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us: we will stop using your details and delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Who handles it for us
A small number of service providers host the site, store messages and deliver email for us. They handle your details only to provide that service, under terms that require them to protect it. Your details may be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States, where the authorities there may be able to access them under local law.
How long we keep it
We keep a conversation for as long as we are working with you or might reasonably need to refer back to it. If nothing comes of it, we delete it once it is no longer useful. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
How we protect it
Every page and message travels over an encrypted connection, access is limited to the people who need it, and our accounts are protected by strong sign-in. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to hello@neuclips.com from the address you used, and we will answer within thirty days.
If you live in the United States, the law of your state may give you similar rights, including to know, correct and delete your information; we honour them for everyone, wherever they live. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, and we never treat anyone differently for using their rights.
If you are not satisfied with how we handled a request, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the privacy regulator where you live.
Your browser
During a visit, the site keeps one small note in your own browser: which part of a page a link was taking you to. It is not a cookie, it is never sent to us, and it disappears when you close the tab.
Children
The site is for businesses and professionals. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect details from anyone under sixteen.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page. Last updated 11 October 2026.
