Using this site
These terms apply when you use neuclips.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is
The site describes NeuClips and lets you start a conversation with us. Nothing on it is an offer or a contract. Any work we do together is governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms.
Results and figures
Figures on the site, such as view counts, describe our own channels and are read from the platforms' own records at the time shown. They are past results, not a promise of results for you: platforms change how they rank and count, and results differ from one field to another.
Our material
The words, design, images, video, names, marks and code of the site belong to NeuClips or are used with permission. You may view the pages and share links to them. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, frame or reuse the site or its material, or use our name or marks, without our written permission.
Fair use of the site
Please do not try to break, probe, overload or get around the security of the site; collect information from it by automatic means; send spam or anything unlawful through its form; or pretend to be someone else. We may block anyone who does.
What you send us
You confirm that what you send through the form is accurate and yours to share, and you let us use it to reply. Please keep confidential information out of the form: a conversation starts there, and confidentiality comes with the written agreement.

Links to other sites are there for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
No warranties
The site is provided as it is and as available. As far as the law allows, we make no promises about it, express or implied, including that it will always be available, free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, NeuClips is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away rights that consumers have under the law where they live.
Your responsibility
You agree to cover our reasonable losses from claims that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Accessibility
We build the site to be readable and usable by everyone, with clear contrast, readable text sizes and full use by keyboard and screen reader. If any part of it is hard for you to use, write to hello@neuclips.com and we will give you the information in a form that works for you, and fix what we can.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
