How it is made

Long form has had spec sheets, conform and QC for forty years.
Short form has none of it. People export and hope.

So we built the missing half. Every piece on this page was made by software, to a specification measured off existing work, and checked before it was allowed out. Walk down and you will see exactly how.

01

We derive a spec sheet from work you already have.

Not a template we picked. We measure a finished piece of yours and write down what it actually does. That measurement becomes the specification everything after it is held to.

Every value is measured, never estimated. What cannot be measured does not enter the spec.

02

Every render is conformed to that spec.

Source selection, moment detection, cutting, captions, grade and music. It builds to the specification rather than to a house look, which is why no two clients receive work that looks the same. Everything below came off that line.

Then it is scored against the spec, and most attempts fail.

This is the part nothing else in short form has. Each deliverable is graded on the same measurements that produced the spec, so it cannot mark its own homework generously. Anything that misses is refused and rebuilt.

What passes is published, on schedule, in your name.

YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, on the cadence the channel needs, under your accounts or white-labelled under an agency brand. Turnaround is overnight and nobody drives it.

Then everything is answered for.

Most work ends at delivery. Ours reports what the audience actually did, per piece, and that decides what gets made next. Not impressions. What people watched, and whether they stayed.

Which is where it turns around. What is accelerating decides tomorrow’s slate, so the next set is chosen rather than guessed.

Case study · five weeks, unattended

We pointed it at our own channels and stopped touching it.

No editor picked a subject. Nobody approved a cut or chose a posting time. Every night it read the niche, drafted a make-list with reasons written beside each row, cut to a measured specification, scored its own renders, published what passed and recorded what happened. Then it chose the next night’s slate from what the last one proved.

Across those five weeks it published 208 videos across six channels, watched for 1,200 hours. On its own that means little, and most of what the line made never shipped. The figures count what cleared the gate, not what was produced.

The grid has room.

The next row could be cut from footage you already have. Send one video, get one piece back, and judge us on it.
