What stays when the budget stops.

Paid attention ends the day the money does. An audience that came on its own keeps coming.

For brands, marketing agencies

Every brand eventually learns what happens when the advertising stops. The Ehrenberg-Bass Institute followed brands that went quiet for a year or more: on average they lost 10%1 of their market share after one year, and more than a quarter2 after three.

The usual lesson is never to stop paying. There is a second lesson, and it is more useful: own something that does not stop when the spending does.

Bought attention is borrowed from someone else's audience. An audience of your own does not leave when the invoice does.

What an audience of your own looks like

It is attention, not a list. People have spent more than 4,800 hours with the channels we run, watching nearly two-thirds of each video on average. None of that time was bought.

It compounds. Across our channels, daily viewing nearly tripled in five days this month, and the total has passed 1.45 million views without buying a single ad.

It is the right people. Across all of it, nearly six in ten viewers are between twenty-five and forty-four, the ages most brands are trying hardest to reach.

Advertising still has a place

Ads work best on an audience that already knows you. A brand that arrives in a feed where people have been watching its subject for weeks is not interrupting; it is joining. The order matters: the audience first, the advertising after, on top of something that stays.
